The last call to action on Empathy Day was ACT. We invited everyone to put their feelings of empathy into concrete action and make an Empathy Resolution. It was great seeing all your resolutions on Empathy Day.  Check out some of the fantastic ideas in the images above.

We’d still love you to put your resolution on a poster, and stick it in the window! So we can all share how we’re going to use empathy to make a difference in our communities. Your resolution could be anything, big or small:

  • Stop rushing around, and really listen to my friends
  • Find out more about my local food bank, to see if I can help
  • Try to listen 100% , and not interrupt
  • Really challenge myself to see other people’s points of view
  • Learn more about empathy and how it works

You could make your own poster, or here’s a downloadable poster to decorate and add your resolution
